Some people also just don’t fancy collecting information, yet want an enjoyable holiday. This is where I come into the picture, with local knowledge, extensive travel experience and local connections, I will be able to gather data for you. Each client is different and so are their trips. To access information about my Services, please see the chart below on what to expect.

1. Contact form - You fill out the Contact me form and answer some basic questions that can help me see what your needs are.

2. Email contact - Once I receive and review your form, I will contact you via the provided e-mail and discuss your needs in more detail. All of my clients are very important to me and I aim to answer all e-mails within 72 hours.

3. Questionnaire -  You will receive a more in depth questionnaire so I can see exactly what your needs are. 

4. Quote and Invoice - Based on your needs, I will send you a formal quote and an invoice with payment information

5. Accepting offer - When you accept my offer, you can make the payment according to the invoice you receive. 

6. Draft Plan - Once payment is cleared, I will start making a plan. Weather it is the Wild Explorer package or the Cheeky Adventurer, you will receive a written plan so you can prepare. Should you have further questions or changes you would like to make, this will be the stage to let me know. Depending on the season and the client needs, I aim to present you with a draft within 14 working days. (Fast track available for an extra fee)

7. Final Plan - For both packages, you will receive a final plan, within 10-14 working days. 

I am based in Tokyo, however I have extensive travel experience throughout Japan and a wide network of connections with residents in various areas throughout Japan as I have done so for many of my clients in the past. I personally can only guide you in the Wider Tokyo area, however I have extensive connections throughout the country so there is a possibility to connect you with a local Tour guide. Please Contact me to see how I can help you.

Of course I understand your feelings, all the entry fees could add up and also spending the whole day with someone you don’t know well can feel like intrusion on your holiday. In case of the Wild Explorer Tour Guiding, you can request to not have me enter into the various attractions with you. In this case please let me know this in advance and I will plan accordingly. Please note that there is no discount in the Tour guiding fees if you choose this option. I will be on stand-by in an area nearby. Alternatively if you rather do things at your own pace without a guide, consider purchasing the Cheeky Adventurers package, where you will receive all the information needed to enjoy your holiday, but you can do them at your own pace at your own time. No, refunds are not available as once payment is cleared I start working on the plan, which means that working hours are already being put into the plan. Therefore please consider carefully before accepting the offer and making the payment. For more information, Contact me.

No. Sadly I am unable to purchase tickets or make reservations as most of these require advance payments, bank details and in case of popular attractions, time spent in queue to purchase the tickets. However, I am happy to provide links and recommendations as part of my services. For more information, Contact me.

Each client and their needs differ, therefore I am unable to give an exact price until I know more about your needs. Please check out my Services page for more detailed information and basic pricing or fill out the Contact form to get in touch with me and get a quote on my services. 

Weather you choose my Wild Explorer in person Tour guiding services or my Cheeky Adventurer do it yourself plan, please do not hesitate to let me know if you have children and need me to adapt the schedule or find you things you can do with your children. In most cases this should be no problem. For an extra fee I am happy to create you a plan in a shorter amount of time than usual. As for Tour Guiding, slots are limited but I can always see how I can assist you best. It is best to fill out the Contact form to get in touch with me.
